Evening & Weekend MBA Program

GRADUATION

To graduate from the Evening & Weekend MBA Program, you must fulfill the following six requirements:

The easiest way to keep track of your progress through the program is to use the Advising Worksheet. The program director is available to discuss your progress and verify completion of degree requirements.

Degrees are awarded in either December or May. You may participate in the May graduation ceremony prior to actually completing your degree requirements. The program staff will provide information on cap and gown rental, reception tickets and other graduation details around April.

To start the graduation process, you must file an Advancement to Candidacy form at the beginning of the semester in which you intend to graduate. The form is available in the program office and must be returned to the office by the stated deadline.

Diplomas are available four to six months after graduation. You may pick up your diploma from the Registrar's Office on campus (120 Sproul Hall) or have it mailed to your home. The charge for mailing is $12 for domestic addresses and $32 for international addresses. To request your diploma by mail click here.
