Haas Ph.D. Program
Application Requirements
1. Submission of on-line application found here.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A Masters degree is not necessary. Please submit one copy of sealed official transcripts of all college-level coursework to the Ph.D. Program Office.
3. GRE or GMAT test score. Applicants can either submit the GRE or GMAT test score. The institutional code for GMAT is 4925 or N2V-PT-06. The institutional code for GRE is 4833. There is NO department code. Either test must be taken no earlier than October 2004. Arrange to have official score reports sent directly to the Ph.D. Program. Photocopies and/or examinee copies of score reports are not acceptable.
4. TOEFL. Applicants from countries in which the official language is not English are required to take an English proficiency test. Click here for more information.
5. Letters of Recommendation. Submit ONLY three letters of recommendation evaluating your academic performance and promise. Submitting letters on-line is strongly encouraged. However, you have the option of using the paper version. Fill out all parts of the form before giving it to your recommender.
Please note: there is an address at the top of the form. You are required to fill in the blank with the department to which you are applying. In the blank space write: Ph.D. - Business Administration.
6. Curriculum Vitae. Please mail us a copy of your CV. It is not possible to upload your CV using the online application.
