The BASE Summer Program
Academic Credit
Upon successful completion of the BASE program with at least
a grade of C- in each course (all courses must be
taken for a letter grade), you will receive a certificate
of completion and 9 upper-division semester units (13.5 quarter units) of credit from the University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley).
All visiting students will also receive a complimentary copy of their official UC Berkeley transcript (.pdf). All BASE students are responsible for understanding their
home institution's requirements regarding academic credit,
transferability, grades, etc.
Credit for BASE will appear on your UC Berkeley transcript
as:
- UGBA 102A, Introduction to Financial Accounting (3 units)
- UGBA 105, Introduction to Organizational Behavior (3 units)
- UGBA 106, Marketing (3 units)
