About The Summer Academy

What is B-BAY?

★ An invaluable introduction to the business world from a top-ten business school at the world's premier public university

★ An introduction to teamwork, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, business principles, financial accounting and marketing

★ Open exclusively to 40 students

★ Berkeley-Haas professors and corporate guest speakers share insights and knowledge

★ Taught by graduate and undergraduate business students at the Haas School of Business

★ Global perspective and connection with students from other countries.

Time: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Classroom Activities: Class sessions will introduce students to fundamental business principles through guided instruction, corporate guest speakers, computer lab assignments, and peer-group activities.

Other Activities: swimming, and a UC Berkeley tour

Program Fee: $1200 per California students

Administration: Morning and afternoon snack will be provided. Students are required to bring a lunch each day. Extended child care is available (at an additional cost) each day before the start of the program, from 8:00-9:00 am, as well as after the program, from 3:30-4:30 pm.
