Management Reporting

On a monthly basis, each unit manager/leader will receive 5 reports from their financial analyst:

  • Summary
  • Revenue/Transfer Detail
  • Compensation Detail
  • Non-Compensation Detail
  • Fund Balance

These reports should enable a unit manager/leader to keep track of their expenses and monitor performance vs. budget.
