You will be prompted to set your own password. Once you have signed up, you will receive an email to verify your information. Click on the link in the email to finish the onboarding process. After you have finished creating a company profile, your account will be approved within 1-2 business days.
If your company already has an employer profile in Handshake you simply need to join your employer as a new user. You can then view Handshake's How do I post a Job? article for more information.
