Michele Semenzato MBA 93

Michele is currently President of Wise SGR, a private equity General Partner that he co-founded in 2000. Wise is managing is third fund (about € 180 Million) and is one of the most active Private Equity companies in the Italian lower-mid market. Wise helps family-owned businesses manage generational change and generally Italian companies to grow through international expansion and/or external acquisitions.

Prior to his current job Michele has held directors positions in the Investment Banking industry (ABN-Amro) and in the Management Consulting industry (Bain & Company).

He currently lives in Milan with his Colombian wife Natalia and their son Filippo.
Michele loves extreme skiing in the Alps and used to be a world-level fencer in his youth. He is currently engaged in golf, with much worse results.
