Student Initiatives

There are many opportunities for companies to support Haas students, benefit from student projects, and work with our nationally recognize career services center to hire Haas graduates. Two of our most popular avenues of participation:

Haas@Work

Through Haas@Work, your company can partner with the Haas School and its MBA students to address a significant, pressing business challenge. Students work in teams to develop innovative recommendations to address an opportunity or challenge your company may face. Your executives select the best recommendations, and then teams of students work with you for several months to execute those recommendations.

Each year, 275 MBA students hone their skills in real-world business settings, thanks to alumni and corporate support for the innovative Haas@Work program.

Program Benefits

  • Obtains a fresh perspective on any opportunity facing your company.
  • Generates tangible results by leveraging the diverse skills, knowledge, and work experience of MBA students, Haas faculty and executives-in-residence.
  • Uses a proven, results-oriented methodology based on innovation and accelerated decision-making.
  • Offers hundreds of consulting hours.

Student Clubs

Haas student associations, club leaders, and conference committees produce conferences, events, and projects that focus on an industry or featured topic of interest. Corporate sponsorship is an excellent way to raise your organization's visibility among a targeted audience of students, faculty, alumni, and sometimes the public around a common interest.

"The Haas School's mission — ‘to develop leaders who redefine how we do business' — means supporting today's smart, motivated, compassionate students and turning them into leaders who will make a difference, not only in the business world but also in the world as a whole. Gifts to the Haas Fund support that goal."
