Employer Relations Team
Our Relationship Managers have strong relationships with companies in specific industry groups. They partner with employers to set their recruiting strategy at Haas. Relationship Managers also assist students in refining their career search once they have developed a plan with a Career Advisor.

For years, Rich has kept close tabs on Silicon Valley activity and has built strong relationships in the industry.
Betsy Ream, Energy, CleanTech, Biotech/Healthcare
Betsy works with both employers and students in the areas of energy & cleantech, and healthcare/biotech. A few years ago when the school recognized the growing student interest in cleantech, Betsy successfully partnered with faculty, students and alumni to develop industry relationships and grow the number of opportunities we provide to our MBAs in this very strategic area. Similarly, in all of her industry areas, she continues to build relationships with employers. Betsy is committed to helping students navigate their career searches, with a particular emphasis on the network-driven, off-campus job search.
Betsy holds a BA in History from UCLA. Prior to Haas, she worked in MBA recruiting at Booz Allen Hamilton in New York. A proud east bay native, Betsy grew up just a few miles down the street from Berkeley and enjoys exploring new restaurants in her north Oakland neighborhood. Outside of Haas, she is active with the UCLA alumni association advising prospective students.
