The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, is inviting applications for the position of Director of the Young Entrepreneurs at Haas (YEAH) Program.  YEAH is an innovative program that prepares young people (Middle School through High School) for economic and academic success.  To learn more about our mission and the program, please visit us at: http://haas.berkeley.edu/groups/yeah/index.html

This role will provide leadership to the YEAH staff and volunteers, create and execute fundraising campaigns, develop and manage budgets, and provide stewardship. This position will lead strategic planning for youth programs.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 -7 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires significant experience in board development and recruitment, training and retention; plus a thorough working knowledge and understanding of fundraising, donor relations and public relations concepts, principles, techniques, procedures and practices is required.

This position does require occasional local / domestic travel.
