PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Under supervision of the Client Services Manager, coordinate the program delivery and execution of short (typically, between 1-3 days in length) executive development programs in such a manner that the educational and logistical expectations of participants and faculty are met. This includes: • Client application and registration, including follow-through on payments (in conjunction with CED Accounting) • Program communications • Creation and maintenance of program websites, using the CED application, iRM • Coordination of faculty recruitment and support for the participation of faculty (including faculty contract preparation), and other in the delivery of instructional materials, exercises and experiences • Preparation and tracking of approved program budgets with high level of accuracy • Coordination of program logistics, such as hotels, caterers, janitorial services and media services • Follow CED Program Management procedures to ensure efficiency and optimum program operations PROGRAM ASSISTANCE Collaborate with the Client Services Manager and Sr. Program Managers in the preparation for and implementation of executive education programs by: • Assisting in preparation of program binder materials, such as schedules, title pages, evaluation forms, faculty biographies, etc. • Preparing name tents, tags, and certificates for program participants • Distributing parking passes • Coordinating catering and transportation for a program • Logistical support, such as classroom set-up • Researching program activities, restaurant options, etc. • Supporting program participants during a program, as needed CLIENT SERVICES Contribute to all CED Client Services team efforts, including the following: • Timely preparation and submission of program evaluations to all stakeholders • Become proficient in CED's CRM system (iRM), assuring accurate websites are maintained for all assigned programs GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE • Serve as the Center for Executive Development’s interface with the public, both for walk-in visitors and for telephone inquiries • Handle mail and fax distribution as well as special courier shipments |

• Graduation from college and one year’s work experience with event management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, plan, execute, and manage projects. • Demonstrated creative, innovative and service-oriented approaches to problem solving. • Ability to set priorities among multiple projects and demands. • Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to show initiative. • Must be highly detail-oriented. • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communications skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and with a highly diverse population. • Demonstrated strong user of software such as MS Office and aptitude for learning new software tools |
