Employee Development Policies

The University supports both career- and job-related professional development activities. It is expected that employees and supervisors meet on a regular basis to discuss professional development opportunities. Haas observes the following employee development policies:

• Policy for Non-Represented Staff
• Policy for Coalition of University Employees (CUE)
• Policy for University Professional and Technical Employees (UPTE/TX)

NOTE: Both of the union contracts for CUE and UPTE/TX have expired and they are currently under negotiation. The links above are to the most recent contracts available.
