Accounting

I studied accounting in Nova Scotia, Canada, and currently work in audit on a tech-sector team. My next goal is to earn the U.S. CPA designation, and the advanced BCPA Program at UC Berkeley offers the perfect bridge—meeting the remaining requirements while helping me understand the key differences between Canadian and U.S. accounting standards. I’ve always been drawn to the tech sector because it pushes the boundaries of traditional accounting and no two files are ever the same. I chose Berkeley for its reputation, fast-paced format, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals. Fun Fact: I’m on a mission to visit every Disney park in the world.
