Research Themes

There is growing evidence of the influence of social, emotional and cognitive factors on labor markets. Understanding the influence of these non-standard economic factors can provide valuable insights on a broad range of relevant issues such as unemployment, education and training and, the fairness, safety, and accessibility of the workplace. Researchers at UC Berkeley are at the forefront of advancing these efforts.
