When ordering promotional merchandise bearing the Berkeley Haas wordmark, a program lockup logo (or any other university mark), certain policies and royalty fees may apply. You can also buy Haas gear directly from Fall Rush Berkeley, the campus student store.

You must use a vendor that’s a university-approved licensee when purchasing merchandise bearing any university mark for any purpose. This policy applies to all promotional items, including t-shirts for conferences, water bottles for giveaways, backpacks for students, etc.

Refer to instructions from the Finance Office to ensure a smooth ordering process and compliance with university licensing rules.

Program Lockups for Promotional Merchandise

Program lockup logos—in which the Berkeley Haas wordmark is arranged with the program name—are designed specifically for use on promotional merchandise. They are not meant for electronic or print communications, where the official Berkeley Haas wordmark should always be used.

When possible, program logos should be printed in California Gold and white on a Berkeley Blue (or similar) background.
