Application DeadlinesRound 1Applications open April 25, 2025 Round 1 applications are due by June 15, 2025 Supplemental material like teacher recommendations, and transcripts can be submitted by June 20, 2025 Round 1 Decisions will be rolling out between May 31, 2025 – June 30, 2025 Round 2Applications open June 15, 2025 with additional requirements. Round 2 applications are due by August 3, 2025 Supplemental material like teacher recommendations, and transcripts can be submitted by August 8, 2025 Round 2 Decisions will be rolling out between July 15, 2025 – August 20, 2025 B-BAY is an impacted program. We encourage you to apply prior to the application deadline as applications are reviewed and applicants accepted on a rolling basis (the registration numbers could be met prior to the deadline date and applications may close earlier than the application deadline mentioned above). Applications will not be reviewed until all required documents and the application fees are submitted. An admissions decision will be made only on the completion of the application packet that includes essays, transcripts, graded assignment, and teacher recommendations. *DO NOT register your child if dates and class times conflict with other commitments, i.e. enrolled programs. This is a team and project-based learning program, failure to attend classes impact peer learning and participation. We are unable to provide allowances for missed program dates. |
Refund PolicyTuition is not prorated. Session dates cannot be changed for an individual student. You may not substitute another youth for a student accepted in the academy. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are given if students are dismissed from the program due to disciplinary action. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided in connection with technical difficulties participants experience in accessing the online programming. Refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are available only under the following circumstances:
Any refunds due will be assessed any fees paid by the university, such as fees paid by the university for credit card or bank processing. Such fees paid by the university are non-refundable. Please note that Haas must retain the right to cancel the Academy or a portion of the Academy due to unforeseen circumstances or due to circumstances relating to COVID-19. Haas will not be liable for any claims or damages arising out of any such cancellation (other than the refund described above). |
