Refund PolicyTuition is not prorated. Session dates cannot be changed for an individual student. You may not substitute another youth for a student accepted in the academy. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are given if students are dismissed from the program due to disciplinary action. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided in connection with technical difficulties participants experience in accessing the online programming. Refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are available only under the following circumstances:
Any refunds due will be assessed any fees paid by the university, such as fees paid by the university for credit card or bank processing. Such fees paid by the university are non-refundable. Please note that Haas must retain the right to cancel the Academy or a portion of the Academy due to unforeseen circumstances or due to circumstances relating to COVID-19. Haas will not be liable for any claims or damages arising out of any such cancellation (other than the refund described above). |
