From B-BAY to leading impact...

Siddharth Ramalingam
B-BAY Class of 2023 - UCLA Business & Computer Science
B-BAY inspired Siddharth to pursue a career in finance and sparked his passion for entrepreneurship. Learning from Haas faculty, Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, and amazing teaching staff helped him grow personally and professionally while teaching him the true value of mentorship. Mentoring students as they develop their ideas and gain their first exposure to entrepreneurship has been an incredibly rewarding experience. B-BAY has come full circle in his journey, from where he first discovered his passion as a student to now helping others discover theirs.
“The community is truly one of a kind, and once you’re part of it, you’re part of the B-BAY family for life!”

Brigette Mahoney currently studies Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University. Through B-BAY, she developed a passion for finance and entrepreneurship, and she returned to the B-BAY team for two consecutive summers to spark the same passions in young students. In the Summer of 2026, Brigette will join Goldman Sachs in New York City as a Private Wealth Management Analyst.

Ronak Shetty
B-BAY Class of 2021, Stanford University
Ronak recently graduated from Stanford University in business marketing and strategy, politics, public service, and foreign languages.
During his undergraduate, he traveled around the world learning more about different cultures and societies and learning foreign languages. Using his knowledge of foreign languages, he co-founded Aprendalo.org, an online ESL tutoring service that caters to those who want to learn English but simply lack the means to pay for ESL lessons.
In the B-BAY program, Ronak developed his skills in business and marketing. Furthermore, he worked with the program mentors to create and polish his college application essays. After the program, armed with knowledge and confidence, the ESL organization took off.
“Without a doubt, the B-BAY program helped me develop my skills in business as I questioned the status quo in search of solutions. “
