Starting your B-BAY journey as a student is just the beginning. The program is the essential first step that not only equips you with a college-level, experiential business education but also opens doors to future leadership. Successful alumni are regularly offered exciting opportunities to return as Volunteer Peer Leaders and eventually transition into paid Teaching Staff Positions.
When you join B-BAY as a staff member, you work closely with our leadership team to enhance learning experiences, allowing you to mentor new students, hone your professional skills, network with faculty and guest entrepreneurs and continue your growth with the B-BAY community.
