Growth Labs are led by Haas professional faculty, alumni founders, and proven operators. Guest speakers from the venture ecosystem bring real-world scaling perspective to every session. You’ll learn through intensive workshops, real-time application to your business, peer feedback, and hands-on labs where theory becomes immediate action.

You’ll be challenged to execute at a high level, but you’ll also be supported by a community of founders solving similar problems. At the end of the two-week session you will have validated new growth opportunities, launched experiments on your business, pitched to investors, and built relationships with founders who understand your journey, just like being part of a startup accelerator.

Here’s what you’ll work on:

Validation & Metrics: Define your north star metric and learn to measure what actually matters. Conduct user testing and feedback loops to understand what’s working and what’s broken. Build Objective Key Results that align you for goals.

Growth Hacking: Diagnose your bottleneck. Are you losing users at awareness, activation, retention, or referral? Learn acquisition and retention tactics specific to your business stage. Build a growth playbook you can execute immediately.

User Testing & Prototyping: Master the art of rapid iteration. Learn UI/UX principles, run user interviews in the field, and prototype solutions based on real feedback – not assumptions.

Building Your Investment Case: Understand unit economics, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and what makes a business scalable. Learn to articulate your business model in ways that resonate with investors and stakeholders.

Community & Network Building: Build in public. Learn how to leverage community, content, and authenticity to acquire users and build defensible competitive advantages.

Storytelling & Content Strategy: Craft a compelling narrative about your business. Master the art of persuasive communication, stage presence, and investor psychology. Practice pitching to real investors and receive feedback. Learn how to build an acquisition engine through content. Develop a content calendar and launch campaigns that bring customers to your door.

Founder Resilience & Mindset: Navigate the emotional and strategic challenges of scaling. Learn from founders who have faced setbacks, pivots, and breakthroughs. Build the mental frameworks to stay focused when things get hard.

Peer Mentorship & Collaboration: Work alongside high-traction founders. Learn from their approaches, share your challenges, and build relationships that extend far beyond the program.

By the end of two weeks, you won’t just understand scaling, you’ll have executed on it, measured the impact, and positioned your business for the next phase of growth.
