Students live in the residence hall closest to the Haas School of Business and within a few minutes walk to campus, the dining hall, the computer lab and Health Services.
Students are randomly assigned triple rooms on single-sex floors. The residence halls have shared lounges, bathrooms, and in some cases, kitchens.
Only people who have a valid University identification card or special clearance for dormitory access are allowed to enter a residence hall. Parents and guardians are allowed into the dorms only during check-in and check-out, to help students move. Commuter B-BAY students are not allowed into the dorms.
Students are supervised by live-in resident advisers (RAs) who are responsible college or graduate students. The RAs are carefully selected and complete an intensive training program. They are devoted to looking after the safety and well-being of students before and after each daily session and on weekends. There is approximately 1 RA for every 10 students.
