Visa partners with Berkeley Executive Education to create a custom diversity program
A look inside Executive Edge, a program for women leaders at Visa, shows how a shared vision and partnership between Berkeley Executive Education and Visa’s Diversity & Inclusion team supports the growth, development and advancement of high-performance individuals. Visa’s program, hosted by Berkeley Executive Education, was designed to inspire and equip bold, skilled and authentic global leaders to achieve their career goals and model the core behaviors that contribute to the company’s inclusive culture. Visa’s Chief Diversity Officer, Jolen Anderson, notes that “Diversity is a strategic imperative for us.” Another goal of the program was to bring together a network of women in leadership roles to learn and grow in a sustainable way over time. Professor Homa Bahrami, faculty director of the program, observes that “a spirit of learning and curiosity” has continued months after the program.
