CSSL Student Advisory Board Member
Hana Dai is a first year MBA student at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business focusing on nonprofit management and education. She began her career as a Breakthrough Collaborative teaching fellow and education policy researcher at the Brookings Institution before joining Analysis Group as an economic consultant, where she designed and analyzed consumer behavior studies for Fortune 500 companies in multi-million-dollar litigation cases. Motivated to apply her analytical skills for social impact, she became an Education Pioneers fellow at the Golden Apple Foundation, where she analyzed student feedback data to strengthen teacher training programs. At Haas, Hana serves as a Berkeley Board Fellow with First Graduate and a Social Sector Solutions Team Lead. She hopes to apply data-driven and strategic approaches in the nonprofit sector to strengthen K-12 education.
