Hilary is a first-year MBA student in the EWMBA Class of 2028. Before Haas, Hilary spent 7 years in B2B sales and sales enablement at AT&T, supporting market development and penetration for small and medium-sized businesses. She created a national governance program where she partnered with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives across large-scale organizations. She is currently exploring her next career pivot into the social sector, where she hopes to apply her business expertise to mission-driven work that creates lasting community impact.
