Jess’s professional mission is to help individuals and organizations align their work with their values, and she comes alive creating spaces for meaningful connection and collaboration. Over the course of her career, she has worked as a product strategy consultant and community advisor for The Aspen Institute and with a variety of nonprofits, philanthropies, and businesses on questions of community engagement and values-based strategy. She is also a facilitator and curriculum designer with experience creating virtual and in-person curricula on power and privilege, post-traumatic growth, community philanthropy, and using human-centered design in social impact work. When she’s not at work or school, you might catch her running the East Bay hills or singing with her chorus.
