
Meg Garlinghouse

Meg Garlinghouse has spent the last thirty years working at the intersection of technology and philanthropy. She most recently left LinkedIn where she spent fifteen years building and leading their social impact program – focused on connecting talent with opportunity at massive scale and ensuring that two people with equal talent have equal access to opportunity. Prior to LinkedIn, she led the impact work at Yahoo and has a background in international development, working for the Asia Foundation, World Bank and serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Niger, West Africa. Garlinghouse received her Bachelor’s degree in public policy studies from Duke University and a Master’s in public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She currently serves on the Board of Idealist.
