Claire Silberg

Global Reproductive Health, 2025-2027

Claire is a Program Research Analyst with the Global Reproductive Health Initiative at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. In this role, she supports monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts to drive strategic grantmaking activities.

Claire brings nearly a decade of experience advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights in sub-Saharan Africa. She began her international career working in Kenya on a Fulbright Scholarship. She has worked with organizations including the Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health and Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontière. With a deep commitment to equity and evidence-driven decision-making, she specializes in the implementation of multi-country women’s health surveys and in translating qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

Claire received her training in public health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her BS in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
