
Natasha Moodie
U.S. Racial Justice Initiative, 2026-2028
Natasha Moodie is a Program Research Analyst for the US Racial Justice Initiative at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. In this role, she supports the strategic development of the initiative’s Big Ideas Portfolio, which provides resources for innovative ideas from people with a variety of perspectives, particularly those advancing solutions to inequities that disproportionally affect Black people and communities.
Prior to joining the foundation, Natasha worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Housing Assistance Council, where she led research efforts focused on racial equity and equitable access to safe and affordable housing across rural America. Natasha transitioned to working in housing and community development from a career in education, working as a high school teacher and college advisor.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Sociology from Illinois State University, where she completed the Stevenson Center’s Applied Community and Economic Development Fellowship.
