Social Sector Solutions – For Clients

Clinic by the Bay’s S3 team consistently went above and beyond in delivering on our expectations. Their investment in the clinic and our project was enormous. Team members made multiple visits to the clinic, which is quite far from campus. The board presentation was absolutely perfect. It was just the right level of detail and sparked some good discussion as well as agreement on our path forward in a very fluid environment. This project was just what the board needed to fully understand the situation, possible outcomes, and our options.

Our work with the Berkeley Haas Social Sector Solutions team helped provide a framework for myself and the Executive Team to talk about our work in an entirely different way. The project really helped us define and answer some key foundational questions, which positioned us well to launch our strategic planning process this past year. I had a very dynamic consulting team, and our team leader in particular was a joy. She had a unique ability to step back, really see us and understand what we wanted. The team left us with some fabulous materials, including a pitch deck that I have continued to use.
