The Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership (EGAL) partners with companies to develop strategies and tools that push the needle towards diversity, equity, and inclusion in business. Our playbooks leverage insights from academic research as well as interviews with industry leaders to deliver innovative, actionable solutions for business leaders. We also partner with companies to address an equity-focused challenge they want explored and researched by graduate students at the University of California Berkeley through fellowships. Not only are you creating actionable tools for the public good that show your organization’s commitment to creating real change to further equity, but there is visibility to your organization’s efforts.
