Women in the Workforce
Held annually during the spring semester, the Women in the Workforce Conference is a transformative and impactful event hosted in partnership with EGAL and Berkeley Women in Business. It offers an opportunity for undergraduate students to be surrounded by some of the most powerful women in business, and leaders from many top companies, who speak and deliver engaging workshops about women’s empowerment in the workplace.
Women in Leadership
For the past 24 years, the Women in Leadership Conference has brought together women, men, and genderqueer individuals to gather at Berkeley Haas for a day of connection and shared passion for gender equity. EGAL is proud to be a collaborative partner of this historical annual conference.
