The Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership (EGAL) is developing tools and resources to compliment our Equity Fluent Leadership Playbooks. This tool, stemming from our playbook on Advancing Belonging in Organizations, is designed to increase belonging among teams.

The Belonging Sparks card deck includes conversation prompts ranging from casual and funny, to more serious and thought-provoking so you can get to know your colleagues on various levels. The deck has 52 cards (including up to 7 blank cards for you to add your own prompts) and can be accessed as a physical or online set of cards based on your team’s needs.
