The Equity Fluent Leader™ (EFL) Glossary of Key Terms provides an overview of language to build one’s equity fluency. The first tab defines key words and terms. The second tab identifies words and terms that EFLs should be aware of, or that may be problematic. For terms that are problematic, a preferred term is offered. The third tab includes an overview of gender pronouns and rules of thumb related to gender pronouns.
