On Tuesday, October 17th at 2:20 pm, the Haas School of Business DEI Office, the Office for Disability Access & Compliance, and the College of Environmental Design will host a virtual discussion on how to advocate for disability rights today and shape the disability rights global movement of tomorrow through work with the United Nations Partnership on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (‘the Partnership’). The Partnership was created to foster collaboration between its members and complement their work around disability inclusion through UN Joint programming.

Leading this discussion will be the UN’s manager of the Technical Secretariat, Ola Abualghaib, Berkeley Haas alumnus and Founder and president of Pineda Foundation/World Enabled Dr. Victor Pineda, (BS 03), Berkeley Haas Director of DEI, Katrina Koski, as well as Andy King, Graduate Assembly Representative; Disabled Students Advocacy Project Director, moderated by Ben Perez, Berkeley ‘13.
