AI-regulation is rapidly evolving, at the state, federal, and international level. Companies are struggling to keep up with the veritable 24- hour news cycle in the AI space. 

This program will focus on:

  • Key AI-related legislation and regulatory updates at the state level (with a particular emphasis on California)
  • Examine federal developments
  • Provide a brief overview of notable international trends
  • Legal/regulatory aspects of DeepSeek

It will also look at what can be expected through the end of the 2025 in the AI regulatory space and suggest a framework for managing the patchwork of regulatory mandates affecting AI developers, deployers, and consumers.
