5:45 PM – 7:30 PM Pitches

7:30 PM – 7:50 PM Group discussion

7:50 PM – 8:30 PM Breakout room discussions with companies

We expect to have around 4 companies presenting.

To attend, you must meet the following criteria: 1) You have received an invitation from Berkeley Angel Network, AND 2) you are an accredited investor (see SEC Regulation D, Rule 501, www.sec.gov/answers/accred.htm). To receive additional information about the companies, you must complete and agree to an accredited investor qualification questionnaire and disclaimer.

If you want to refer a company to apply to pitch at this meeting, please make sure that they submit their application before the deadline (April 14, 2022). Companies apply by clicking the Entrepreneurs tab at: www.berkeleyangelnetwork.com. Ask any company you refer to include your name as the referrer on the application. We cannot accept submissions after the deadline.

Recording of company pitches is not allowed at the event.
