DESCRIPTION:We’re hosting a new event\, and we’d love to see you there. Join us for the next Berkeley Angel Network Pitch Night on Jan 30\, 2023 at 5:30 PM. \nEvent registration is by invitation only. Register with your email address to attend this event. \nWe hope you’re able to join us! \n \nPlease register by Jan 27\, 2023\, 8 pm so we have your name for the waiting room. \n \n \nCompany Referrals: To refer a company that wants to pitch at this meeting\, please refer them to the BAN website (https://www.berkeleyangelnetwork.com).  Companies can apply by following instructions under the “Entrepreneurs” tab.  Ask companies to included your name for the referral. Application deadline for this upcoming event is posted on the BAN site (Jan 5\, 2023). \n \nThe BAN Pitch Night itinerary is as follows: \n5:30 PM – 5:45 PM Introduction\, announcements \n5:45 PM – 7:30 PM Pitches \n7:30 PM – 7:50 PM Group discussion \n7:50 PM – 8:30 PM Breakout room discussions with companies \nWe expect to have  4 companies presenting. \nNotes: \n\nTo attend\, you must meet the following criteria:\n\n\nYou have received an invitation from Berkeley Angel Network\, AND\nyou are an Accredited Investor (see SEC Regulation D\, Rule 501).\n\n\nTo receive additional information about the companies\, you must complete and agree to an accredited investor qualification questionnaire and disclaimer.\nRecording of company pitches is not allowed at the event.\nImportant: To participate\, you must register in advance\, AND have both Eventbrite AND Zoom accounts. Participants who are not eligible for a UC Berkeley-provided Zoom account can use a Zoom account provided by their institution\, can create a free\, consumer Zoom account.Please make sure you register and have your Eventbrite AND Zoom passwords at hand at the time of the event.\n\nWe hope you can make it! \nCheers\, \nBerkeley Angel Network \n \nThe Berkeley Angel Network is a group of angel investors who meet regularly to consider investing in private companies.
