To attend, you must meet the following criteria: 1) You have received an invitation from Berkeley Angel Network, AND 2) you are an accredited investor (see SEC Regulation D, Rule 501, www.sec.gov/answers/accred.htm). To receive additional information about the companies, you must complete and agree to an accredited investor qualification questionnaire and disclaimer.

Recording of company pitches is not allowed at the event.

The Berkeley Angel Network is a group of angel investors who meet regularly to consider investing in private companies. Our members are alumni, faculty and former faculty of UC Berkeley. We are particularly interested in encouraging entrepreneurship within the UC Berkeley community. Each investor, and not the Berkeley Angel Network or its other members, is responsible for his or her own investment decisions in connection with any companies introduced through the Berkeley Angel Network.
