Come listen to Shane Mason (BS ’12) and Frankie Arias (MRED ’19) share their experiences working as boutique developers building projects in LA. 

The event will start at the construction site of 7366 Osage, a 6-story Self Storage project being developed by Shane’s firm, Mason Equity Partners. This is a rare opportunity to observe a multistory concrete construction project in its mid stages and learn the story of how a small, mom-and-pop business can conceive, design, finance, and construct a $45MM project in West LA. We will be viewing the jobsite from an adjacent property, so no hard hats/boots/protective vests required.

We will adjourn to 3 Weavers Brewing Company (1 mi away @ 1031 W Manchester Blvd Inglewood CA 90301) for an informal roundtable discussion with Frankie and Shane. Frankie has worked for both larger and smaller multifamily developers, and he will provide insight from his experience regarding the pros & cons of each.
