DESCRIPTION:Come join BREAA as we tour West End\, an adaptive reuse office building developed by GPI Companies! \nWest End is a creative office campus situated in the heart of West LA. With its modern and spaciously designed indoor and outdoor spaces\, floor to ceiling windows\, three-level central courtyard\, and private balconies\, West End provides a workspace that fosters creativity and innovation without any compromise on quality and location. \nImmediately adjacent to West End is the 201-unit Overland & Aryes Multifamily development\, which is expected to devlier in 2025. While we won’t be able to tour this project (as it is currently under construction) GPI will host a Q&A related to this property in addition to the West End tour. \nBREAA is excited to offer tickets at $30 (member pricing) and $40 (non-member pricing).
