What is Conflict Lab? 

The Conflict Lab is an experiential course aimed at empowering Haas MBA students to navigate difficult conversations in the workplace based on role playing real world examples of workplace conflict.

How can YOU get involved?

The Conflict Lab is inviting undergraduate students and recent alumni to participate as roleplay guests for workplace conflict scenarios. You will be given the scenario, background, and a role description for each roleplay and paired up with an MBA student. Each round of roleplay will involve topics such as:

• Managing Up – how to give your boss feedback around topics like perceived unfairness, lack of clarity over role responsibilities
• Asking For / Receiving Feedback – how to ask for feedback from your boss around topics like advancing in your role
