Please join us for a challenging 2.8 mile hike on the Stonewall Panoramic Loop in Claremont Canyon Regional Preserve. 

Start with a steep climb up the Stonewall Panoramic trail behind the Claremont hotel, cut down to the Fire Trail, then take Panoramic Road to make it a nice loop. On a clear day, offers amazing scenery of Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, Richmond, Marin, and San Francisco. 

The first part of this hike is very, very steep and some downhill sections on the way back are also so steep as to be dangerous. Go slowly, bring hiking poles, and do not attempt this trail unless you are ready for a workout. 

Dogs are allowed if on leash. 

Meet at Trailhead at Stonewall Road at 8:45am
