Web Event #1 : The Legal Implications of the COVID-19 Workplace

What are the key legal and business implications for the new workplace? As plans and decisions are made regarding remote work and/or returning to the office during these turbulent times, our seminar will offer valuable legal and business perspectives.

Featuring Susan E. Groff, Esq. and Michael D. Thomas, Esq, FTMBA 08, from Jackson Lewis P.C., this kickoff session will discuss employee choices, layoffs, medical needs, safety, and productivity. We will also touch on company culture and activism in the workplace. Current business students are also welcome so that they get a real-time feel for the key issues that business people need to effectively manage.

As an added bonus platform, we will be offering attendees a special option for enhanced win-win networking opportunities with other attendees and speakers.
