The Berkeley Haas SAIF Conference will explore private capital solutions and public policies to address climate change.

The conference will focus on Mobilizing Capital to Achieve Net Zero by 2050 and will bring together students, faculty, sustainable finance and impact investing industry leaders, and key policymakers. The conference will examine the roles of public markets, private markets, nonprofits, and governments to speed and scale innovation and investments to achieve the world’s Net Zero goal.

Discussion topics will include: mobilizing climate finance in public capital markets–equities, bonds, and climate funds; in private capital markets — VCs (early and late stage) and PEs; sector solutions in real assets (forests, agriculture, and real estate); climate justice; and public policies to mobilize private capital to tackle climate change.
