Prof. Laura Tyson hosts Jess Rothstein, Professor of Public Policy and Economicsand Faculty Director, California Policy Lab at UC Berkeley for a discussion of the inequities that have been exposed by the coronavirus pandemic. Rothstein’s work focuses on education and tax policy, and particularly on the way that public institutions ameliorate or reinforce the effects of children’s families on their academic and economic outcomes.
