Next year Costeaux Bakery celebrates 100 years in business. The Seppi family purchased the business from the Costeaux family 50 years ago. Costeaux Bakery has consistently won top honors and gold medals at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair, a highly competitive local tradition.

First, we hear about the two executives’ career trajectories and management philosophies (5:30 – 6). Seppi took over the Bakery in 2006. Previously, based in Silicon Valley, he worked in finance and accounting. Tenorio, also in accounting, worked for top North Bay family firms including Jackson Family Wines and La Tortilla Factory. Tenorio will guide us on a tour (6 – 6:30) of Costeaux’s 30,000-square-foot wholesale production facility that he oversees. It features LED lighting indoors and outside as well as solar roofing. An onsite water treatment tank is under construction. We will wrap up (6:30 – 7) by actually tasting Costeaux’s remarkable success!
