Originally built in 1934 as an operating beet sugar refinery, the Old Sugar Mill now hosts fourteen unique wineries offering varietals from all over Northern California. Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera, Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Sangiovese are just a few of the featured wines.

Whether or not you’re into wine, please join us to catch up and reconnect! There is a large lawn out back that will allow us to visit and spread out a bit. The lawn is in direct sun, but some of the wineries pour outdoors with tables and umbrellas if you’re sampling their wines. If you need a break from the sun, there are many wineries indoors as well as other artisanal vendors.

Old Sugar Mill also has indoor restrooms.

Food options: Every weekend food trucks are featured at the end of the lawn. They take cash & credit card and are historically pretty tasty! Outside food is not allowed.

How to find us: Park in the lot out front and walk through the main entrance, through the main building to the back lawn. Our group should be fairly obvious, but if you have any difficulty locating us, feel free to call Mark Beckford, FTMBA 96, at 916-768-4003 or Jessica LaBounty at 530-400-3403.

Mask Policy: Face masks are required upon entering Old Sugar Mill; however once in a winery tasting room, the mask policy is at the discretion of each individual winery. They are not required outside on the lawn.
