She has also been a long-term Partner at Domain Associates. She is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sera Prognostics (NASDAQ: SERA) and is co-founder and Chair of Seraphina Therapeutics and Truvian Sciences. She also serves on the board of directors of Alume\, Epic Sciences\, Pleno and Singular Genomics (NASDAQ: OMIC).   Richard A. Heyman\, PhD\, Co-founder and Chairman of ArCHitect Therapeutics\, a small molecule drug discovery company applying novel chemical editing technologies to expand the druggable space. He is co-founder and Chairman of ORIC Pharmaceuticals and serves as Chairman of Rayze Bio\, Enliven Therapeutics\, PMV Pharma and a BOD member for the Vividion/Bayer ongoing joint venture.    Sheila Gujrathi\, MD\, a biotech entrepreneur and executive\, healthcare investor\, and drug developer with over 25 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
