Schedule
WE Lead 2026 will be held from Friday, May 15 to Sunday, May 17. You may view the WE Lead 2026 Event Schedule on Google Sheets for a detailed look.
Event Check In begins at:
- 5:00PM PT on Friday, May 15
- 8:00AM PT on Saturday, May 16
- 9:00AM PT on Sunday, May 17

WE Lead will end at approximately:
- 8:30PM PT on Friday, May 15
- 11:00PM PT on Saturday, May 16
- 10:30AM PT on Sunday, May 17

The Class of 2026 Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, May 16 at 7:00PM PT in the Brilliance Ballroom at Hotel Nia. In accordance with EWMBA Program Office policy, WE Lead attendees must participate in the full weekend to attend and will not be permitted to bring guests to the event.
Hotel

WE Lead 2026 will be at Hotel Nia in Menlo Park, CA.
WE Lead attendees should expect to stay in double rooms with their requested roommate.
We are unable to accommodate additional guests, including partners, significant others, children, or pets. This is true for the hotel stay and all weekend events.
Hotel Check-In at Hotel Nia will begin at 3:00PM PT.
Early check-in is not available. Please reach out to [email protected] if you need special accommodations.
Transportation
The Program Office will cover the cost of valet parking at Hotel Nia from May 15 to May 17 (2 nights only).To ensure a smooth valet process, bring a physical key or fob for your vehicle, as valets cannot accept phone-only or digital-only keys (including those for EVs).
Liability Waiver
As part of your registration for WE Lead 2026, you have already completed the liability waiver.
Photography
Yes, photos and videos will be taken throughout the weekend and may be used on the EWMBA website and in internal communications. Attendees are also welcome to take their own photos throughout the event.
If you prefer not to appear in close-up images, you can pick up a colored dot sticker at check-in and place it on both sides of your name tag. This will signal to photographers and others not to include you in photos.
Amenities
We will provide drinks and appetizers during the Welcome Reception on Friday, May 15; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, May 16; and breakfast on Sunday, May 17.
All WE Lead attendees will receive a special Haas swag item as a Class of 2026 commencement gift.
