WE Innovate 2023 will be held Friday, January 13 – Sunday, January 15, 2023.

WE Innovate will begin with you parking at the Meritage Resort and Spa and checking in with the EWMBA program office. The programming starts at approximately 10:00AM. You will check-in to the hotel at approximately 5PM.
We anticipate WE Innovate weekend to conclude on Sunday Jan 15 approximately at 1PM.
All students are required to attend and fully participate in the off-site weekend academic retreat, which occurs at the end of your core classes and the beginning of your electives. WE Innovate is an important degree requirement and unique to the EWMBA program. Failure to attend or fully-participate in WE Innovate can result in a delay in your graduation. Students who attend are required to attend every session. If you cannot attend WE Innovate please contact your academic advisor and fill out an exception request.
Hotel
The EW Program has partnered with Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa,CA and have arranged for rooms for our EW students at no cost to you. Staying at the hotel will give you opportunities to continue bonding with your classmates even after the official programming concludes.
You will be able to check in to the hotel on Friday January 13 at approximately 5PM. We will communicate with you as we get closer to the event with more information about the check-in process.
Early check-in is not available at the time. Please reach out to [email protected] if you need special accommodations.
Students will check out of the hotel on Sunday January 15 prior to the start of programming at the Hotel.
On Friday Jan 13 you will leave your luggage in your vehicle when you arrive for the start of the programming at approximately 10:00AM. You will check-in to the hotel on Friday Jan 13 at approximately 5PM and can move your luggage into your room then.
Logistics
We will provide you all meals during the duration of the WE Innovate weekend. Friday January 13 we will start with a light breakfast.

Friday January 13-Sunday January 15: Casual and comfortable attire during the entire weekend. We recommend you bring layers as the temperature can shift throughout the day.
Saturday January 14: We will have a themed party on Saturday evening and will communicate further details about this.

You can park your vehicle at no cost to you at the Meritage Resort and Spa
There will not be shuttles to and from the hotel to Haas.
