RSVPs for RE Launch 2024 will be emailed to eligible participants (Class of 2026) on Friday June 7, 2024 from the EWMBA Program Office.
Please complete the survey and Risk Waiver to confirm your attendance by Friday, June 21, 2024.
RE Launch will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
Students in the Flex Scheduling Option received information about Flex Immersion programming held on Friday, July 26, 2024.

No. While everyone in the class is encouraged to attend, RE Launch is an optional event.
Free! There is no cost to attend RE Launch however, students will be responsible for transportation to and from RE Launch.
Yes, meals and snacks will be provided throughout the day.

The program office will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions as they are listed in your preferences portal, and submitted in your RSVP. If you have more specific restrictions or concerns, please contact us.
The EWMBA Program Office has contracted a limited number of hotel rooms on the night of Saturday July 27th at the Residence Inn in Downtown Berkeley for students who will be commuting from outside of the Bay Area (see below for definition of “Outside of the Bay Area”).
Please note, this is a request and we will follow up with students in early July with hotel details/confirmation.
(Outside the Bay Area is defined as residing outside the nine-county Bay Area region: San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Napa, Sonoma, and Marin Counties.)

Spouses and partners cannot participate in curricular or non-curricular programming associated with RE Launch. For context, this is because the Program Office budget only accommodates EWMBA students enrolled in the program.
RE Launch is for students currently enrolled in the Class of 2026. In addition to our no guest policy, the weekend is packed full of activities and networking and is not conducive for children.
Parking on campus will not be provided for RE Launch.
Students who have the UC Berkeley ‘S’ Daily Virtual Permit for the Fall 2024 semester can park in the designated parking areas.
Public parking is also available around campus. Check out this map for options.
